These terms describe the rules for using the mibilet website. By using the site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. What mibilet is

mibilet is an information and comparison service. It helps you search and compare offers for flights, hotels and car rentals from third-party partners. mibilet is not an airline, travel agency or hotel and does not sell tickets, accept payments or issue travel documents. More details are on the About page.

2. Information on the site

Prices, schedules, availability and other details are provided by partners or come from recent search results. This information changes often and may be incomplete or out of date by the time you see it. Guides and tools on the site, including the budget calculator and price calendar, are for general orientation only. Always check the final conditions on the partner's site, and confirm visa and entry requirements with official sources.

3. Bookings are made with partners

When you follow a link to a partner and make a booking, your contract is with that partner and/or the airline, hotel or rental company. Their terms and conditions apply to payment, fare rules, baggage, changes, cancellations and refunds. mibilet is not a party to that contract and cannot change or cancel your booking.

4. No guarantees

We do our best to keep the site accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that any price or offer will be available, that it is the lowest on the market, or that the site will work without interruptions or errors. To the extent permitted by applicable law, mibilet is not responsible for losses arising from the use of information on the site or from services provided by partners.

5. Acceptable use

You agree to use the site only for lawful, personal purposes. You must not:

• use automated tools to scrape or collect data from the site in bulk;
• try to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site or its systems;
• use the site to mislead others or to infringe the rights of third parties.

6. Intellectual property

The site design, texts, tools and other original materials belong to mibilet or are used with permission. You may view and share links to pages for personal use, but you may not copy or republish substantial parts of the content without permission. Partner names and logos belong to their respective owners.

7. Third-party links

The site contains links to partner websites. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or policies. How we handle data is described in our privacy policy.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when the service changes. The new version applies from the date shown at the top of this page. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the new terms.
