Questions about bookings

mibilet does not sell tickets and cannot see your booking. Payment, changes, cancellations and refunds must be handled by the partner (agency or airline) where you booked. You will find its contact details in your booking confirmation. Many common questions are also answered in our FAQ, and the About page explains how mibilet works.
