Frequently asked questions
Here you will find short answers to the questions travellers ask us most often. If your question is not listed, see the contacts page.
Does mibilet sell tickets?
No. mibilet is a comparison service. We show offers from partners such as airlines and online travel agencies. When you pick an offer, you are taken to the partner's website, where you enter passenger details, pay and receive your ticket. Read more on the About page.
Why can the price on the partner's site differ from the price on mibilet?
Airfares change constantly, sometimes several times a day, depending on demand and seat availability. Some prices on mibilet, especially in the price calendar and on destination pages, come from recently cached search results and may already be out of date. The partner may also add baggage, payment fees or other options at checkout. The price shown on the partner's site at the moment of booking is the one that counts, so always check it before paying.
How do I choose the language and currency?
Use the language and currency selectors on the site. Your choice is saved in a cookie in your browser, so the next time you visit you will see the same settings. The currency affects how prices are displayed on mibilet; the partner may show or charge the amount in its own currency, so check the final total on its site.
How does the price calendar work?
The price calendar shows the lowest prices found for a route on different days or in different months. It is built from recent searches, so it is a guide for spotting cheaper dates rather than a final quote. Once you see a promising date, run a full search to get current offers. Our guide how to use the price calendar explains it in more detail.
How do favourites work?
When you add a route or search to favourites, it is stored in your browser's local storage on your device. Nothing is sent to us and you do not need an account. This also means favourites are not synced between devices, and they disappear if you clear your browser data.
Is mibilet free to use?
Yes. Searching, comparing and using all the tools is free. We may receive a commission from partners when you book through them, but this does not increase the price you pay.
Where do I book and pay?
Always on the partner's website. mibilet does not collect payment card details and does not process payments.
How do changes, cancellations and refunds work?
Since your booking is made with the partner, all changes, cancellations, refunds, baggage questions and check-in issues are handled by that partner or by the airline, according to their fare rules. Check your booking confirmation email for the partner's name and contact details. mibilet cannot see or modify your booking.
Do you have tips for finding cheaper flights?
Try flexible dates in the calendar, compare nearby airports and check our guides, for example cheap flights from Baku.
How can I contact mibilet?
Write to info@mibilet.com if you notice an error on the site, have a suggestion or want to discuss a partnership. For booking questions, please contact the partner where you booked.
